Heat Exchange Industrial Dryers
Our main products are the SIRCA Heat Exchange Industrial Dryers. These dryers are used to accelerate the drying process of any product desired.
They don't exhaust any harmful contamination, and its easy operation and maintenance allow them to operate efficiently, exceeding all our customers' needs. These dryers are built with a Heat Exchange Chamber, so that the combustion gases that are burnt in the fire chamber are not mixed with the drying fresh air propelled by the ventilator. Only the heat is passed from the combustion gases to the fresh air throughout a special thermodynamic design of fins and tubes, raising its temperature, and lowering the humidity level to maximize the quality and quantity of the product's dry-out. The heat exchange chamber also reduces the gas and electrical consumption of our dryers, compared to other types of grain dryers in the industry, resulting in a cost reduction process.
The humidity percentage rate that can be reduced thanks to the use of these types of dryers, can range from 2%/hr up to 2.5%/hr. Some of the products that we have successfully worked with include cocoa, coffee, corn, soy, rice, vegetables, fish, shrimp, and industrial products as plastic and grains.
Capacity: It varies depending on the humidity conditions of the area where the dryer is installed, and the product used. We currently manufacture dryers with capacities ranging from 1 ton up to 15 tons.
The SIRCA heat dryers have shown reliability for more than 30 years, backed up by a service and technical support from the manufacturers themselves, with no time delays.
